  • Side effects of other ingredients – The best advice is to use pure Hoodia supplements instead of supplements that come mixed with other active ingredients as the side effects of Hoodia mixed with other ingredients in not yet known.
  • Regular Blood tests – If you are taking any kind of Hoodia supplement and intend taking it for an extended period of time, it may be prudent to get periodic blood tests to ascertain you are not developing any type of deficiency or any other related condition. If Hoodia does appear to be working for you and you find you are eating less, you will still need a blood test to establish whether you are missing out on any essential vitamins or minerals in your diet.
